The software makes it easy for staff to swap shifts and easy for me with the dashboard.

  • Pros:
  • Ease of use, despite a few hiccups along the way.
  • Saves paper rosters and makes program usage simple.
  • Cons:
  • Initially couldn’t clock breaks, but this feature has since been added.

Very difficult to deal with.

Tanda is extremely difficult to work with. I requested a 5-minute phone conversation for a couple of issues when I first signed up, believing I would be able to solve it quickly. I don’t work consistent hours due to family responsibilities. Instead of accommodating with a call, Tanda refused and told me to send screenshots, even though my accountant had no issues with a quick call. They could’ve taken the call but chose not to, making it as difficult as possible.

  • Pros:
  • Great features initially, and they were good at the beginning.
  • Cons:
  • Limited contact.
  • Overall rudeness and poor accountability with the staff.
