KeyPay - Fantastic product

You can try the system before you buy! Since implementing KeyPay, the time and attendance app Clock Me In gives visibility assisting the HR and payroll team to manage employee attendance. KeyPay now have leave requests, time sheets, clock in/out and rostering all in one system. KeyPay gives visibility to staff to see when they are rostered and to clock in/out. Eliminating the need to check rosters or when staff went home using a day long process a week to a couple of hours. What’s more, staff no longer have to physical fob keys, so there is no risk of loss or costs for replacing any hardware, which previously a growing expense.

The rostering system does not suit our business roles and patterns which means we can’t make the most of having it in an built rostering system. The Clock Me In app to be able to operate or store data if tablets goes offline. Ongoing support – not able to pick up the phone and explain a query to someone but having to put it into words via email.

Too easy!

The payroll processing is much more efficient and streamlined since using KeyPay.

KeyPay honestly makes processing payroll a breeze. It’s the most easy to use, streamlined system I’ve had the pleasure of using. The built in Award Interpreter is fantastic!!

There have been a few functions I would have expected, but once raised with the team, they are fixed or added to the development list for improvement.

KeyPay with Quickbooks online

Through Quickbooks, not that great adv. poor service

As a stand alone is ok to have built in awards.

Worst thing they have done is transferring service to Quickbooks online. They are inexperienced, tickets takes months to resolve if fully resolved. Me personally if I have to start new again I would look into other payroll system like MYOB or Xero as I will never have to find a employment Hero including payroll within Quickbooks I will complete alternative to run my business. I’m not happy as well.
