Excellent. I am incredibly impressed with the product and the training team. [sensitive content hidden] particularly need a big thank you for such great support. They explain things really well, they are always available, they are lovely to deal with and very patient — attending to any needs we have.

  • Very supportive training and great backup when you go live so you know youhave people to rely on.
  • Ease of use for Managers and Employees.
  • Great response from Managers and keen use of the system.
  • Cons:
  • For the person in charge of the highest security, there is a bit to learn, but once learned, it makes sense and works in a logical and sequential order.
  • The Knowledgebase could be easier to look things up.
