Would love the option for a separate approver for leave requests and timesheets. Our business has different approvers to those who approve leave, so weâve had to allocate all approvals to one person (timesheet approver), and continue with our manual leave request process.

Negative experience, for something that should be so simple. I found it incredibly time-consuming and difficult to use adding to our already busy workload!
Picture recognition for staff sign-in is cool. It does have a lot of potential.
Lots. It was incredibly hard to set up a simple roster using the program if someone missed a sign-in or sign out. Itâs really hard to edit on their hours, example, I would add 7.5 hours annual leave and it would appear on Definitiv as 15 hours. Hard to edit timesheets and rosters.
