We configured the system with a global structure in mind—managing multiple entity policies, approval flows, document templates, and user permissions to support Fleet’s growing workforce across regions.
We supported a clean and consistent rollout to 120+ employees globally, ensuring that the onboarding experience—from access to training—was smooth, accessible, and aligned with Fleet’s brand.
Alongside implementation, we delivered training, change management, and post-go-live support to ensure adoption at every level—from leadership to new starters.
In just 98 days, Fleet Space Technologies successfully launched a comprehensive HR system across their global workforce, covering four foundational modules and enabling immediate operational improvements.
